For drivers, we may also collect driver’s license information, vehicle registration details, and proof of automobile insurance.
- Automatically Collected Information. We may collect device identifiers, IP address, location data when enabled, and usage or interaction data.
- How We Use Information. We use personal information to provide and operate the Platform, facilitate connections between riders and drivers, process payments and payouts, verify identity and eligibility, provide customer support, and improve and secure the Platform.
- Payments and Financial Information. NexTrip does not store full payment card details. Payments and payouts are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or PayNearMe, subject to their respective privacy policies.
- Information Sharing. We may share information between riders and drivers to facilitate services, with third-party service providers for verification, payments, hosting, and analytics, and when required by law or legal process.
- Data Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption and secure communication protocols.
- Data Retention and Choices. We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Platform and comply with legal obligations. You may update or delete certain account information through the app. Location sharing and notifications can be managed through device settings.
- Children. The Platform is not intended for use by children under 18 without authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
- Changes to This Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Terms of Service

- Platform Description. NexTrip provides a technology platform that enables riders and drivers to connect and conduct transportation-related transactions. NexTrip does not provide transportation services and does not employ drivers.
- User Accounts. You must create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
- Rider and Driver Responsibilities. Riders must provide accurate information, pay agreed-upon fares, and comply with applicable laws. Drivers must maintain a valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance, provide accurate documentation, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Verification. NexTrip may use third-party services to verify driver credentials but does not guarantee their accuracy or ongoing validity.
- Payments. Payments between riders and drivers are facilitated through third-party payment processors. NexTrip may collect a service fee for use of the Platform.
- No Employment Relationship. Drivers are independent platform users and are not employees, agents, or contractors of NexTrip.
- Prohibited Conduct. Users may not misuse the Platform, violate laws, interfere with services, or provide false information.
- Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability. The Platform is provided “as is.” NexTrip makes no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or suitability of services arranged through the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexTrip is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Termination. NexTrip may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or to protect the integrity of the Platform.
